Dr. Raley at Refined Eye Care in New Braunfels is fantastic! She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything during my eye exam. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the office is clean and welcoming. I felt well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend Refined Eye Care and Dr. Raley for anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

Stopped in today and was so impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. They took care of what I needed right away and made the whole experience easy!

I had my new glasses about a week. Somehow I knocked one of my lenses out of the frame. I somehow knocked my phone off of the lavatory in my bathroom. The phone struck my glasses and knocked the glasses and phone into the lavatory knocking one of the lenses out of the frame. I immediately took frame and lens to the office. My glasses were back wearable within 5 minutes. Service was FANTASTIC!!

I was looking for a new eye doctor and came across Dr Raley on Apple Maps. When I arrived at her office, her receptionist greeted me and my daughter with a warm smile and a welcome greeting. I unfortunately had to take my daughter with me but that did not bother Dr. Raley and her staff. They were very accommodating and even explained to my daughter some of the images the Dr. was explaining to me. I will definitely recommend Refined Eye Care & Eyewear Gallery to anyone looking for a new eye Dr.

I was in New Braunfels visiting family and had an unexpected eye emergency. My doctor from home asked that I find a local doctor to see me the next day. The team at Refined Eye Care was amazing. They got me in within 12 hours, called me the next morning to schedule an appointments. The staff was caring and comforting. The doctor made me feel safe, reassured, and I had total confidence that everything was going to be ok. I can not recommend them enough!!
